Where we ship
Paper Banana Leaf ships to delivery addresses within the United States only. Checkout collects a US shipping address and will not accept an address outside the country. We do not currently ship to Canada, the UK, the Gulf, India, or anywhere else.
Shipping cost
Shipping is a flat $5 per order, added at checkout. It does not change with pack size or destination — a 10-leaf order and a 100-leaf order both ship for $5. Combining several packs into one order therefore costs less than placing them separately.
Prices
Every leaf is $1.00. A 10-pack is $10, a 50-pack is $50, a 100-pack is $100, and so on. Prices are in US dollars and shown before you reach checkout. Any applicable sales tax is calculated by Stripe at checkout.
Payment
Each Buy button opens a Stripe Payment Link. Payment, billing address and shipping address are all collected on Stripe’s hosted checkout page. This website never sees or stores card details. Stripe sends the order confirmation receipt by email.
Order processing and delivery times
To be completed before launch. Add your real dispatch window and carrier here — for example “orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and arrive in 3–7 business days by USPS Ground Advantage”. Google Merchant listings and customer trust both depend on this being accurate, so it should reflect what you actually do rather than an estimate.
If you are ordering for a specific date such as Thiruvonam, order well ahead. Paper leaves keep indefinitely when stored flat and dry, so there is no benefit to ordering late.
Returns and refunds
To be completed before launch. Set your returns window and conditions here, then tell us so the matching MerchantReturnPolicy structured data can be added. We have deliberately left the return policy out of the page’s schema rather than publishing a guess — a return policy in structured data that does not match what you honour causes problems with Google Merchant Center and with customers.
Until that is set, refund and replacement requests are handled case by case through the Stripe receipt for the order.
Damaged or missing orders
If a pack arrives damaged, keep the packaging and reply to your Stripe receipt with photographs. If an order has not arrived within the expected window, reply to the same receipt with your order number.
